Hot-rolled sheets are intended for further processing by cold forming, and are directly used in the pipe industry, for making profiles, packaging, etc. Application is possible in various segments of industry and construction: in the machinery industry, vehicles, construction, shipbuilding, production of industrial equipment, metalworking, etc.
Cold rolled sheets made out of low-grade steel are suitable for cold forming, welding and coating (painting, varnishing, laminating).
HARDOX steel plates meet harsh demands of wear resistance. A unique combination of homogeneity and high hardness, high strength and excellent toughness make the material suitable for wide application. The HARDOX board was developed in SSAB Oxelosund. The product has been released to the market in 1970 and since then it has been constantly improving to meet the needs of its customers. Throughout the world, HARDOX is a synonym for high quality, level and good finishing of the surface. Although HARDOX panels are 3 to 4 times as hard as ordinary plates, their excellent welding and machining capabilities make them extremely easy to operate.
Due to their high corrosion resistance they have wide application in various industrial branches. They are used in construction for building elements for roofs and facades, panels for walls and roofs, air conditioning for ventilation ducts and air conditioners, in the automobile industry, the agricultural machinery industry, for the production of silos, various parts of home appliances.
Cold rolled steel profiles are formed into the desired sections by special, multistage process, in accordance with the appropriate JUS or DIN regulations. They have a good surface condition, which provides a suitable base for applying corrosion protective coatings. HOP profiles can be made of all types of cold-forming steel.
Steel hardened carriers are the basis of the basic product for load-bearing steel constructions in the construction of most buildings and halls of various purposes.
We offer: L, IPN, IPE, HEA and HEB profiles.
Large selection of steel pipes of various shapes, dimensions, types and uses, square and rectangular pipes. The pipes can be divided into two basic groups: welded and seamless pipes.
The process of making welded pipes consists of passing the steel strip (cold or hot rolled) through the roller system on the production line, welding the edges, and finishing the pipes to the desired dimension. Welded pipes are used in low-pressure installations, metal furniture industry, steel construction, locksmith works, etc.
Seamless pipes are manufactured in such a way that the throat pierces through the tube and forming pipes to the desired dimension. Seamless pipes bear higher loads, have better mechanical properties and a high degree of safety.
Round steel rods are used in most cases in the construction of various types of constructions, ie making flanges, different elements with slit thread, making nuts and screws. Most commonly they come in a round shape, made of solid material. However, with a round shape they can take some specific shapes. They are produced in accordance with EN 10060, EN 10277 and EN 10278. In calculating, several characteristic sizes, length, diameter, material and quantity are used.
The bearing is a mechanical part that is used to guide moving machine parts (shafts), and transmits external loads or forces between those parts and those in relative movement towards them.
According to the type of friction, the bearings are divided into:
- sliding bearings, which act on the principle of sliding friction,
- roller bearings, which act on the principle of rolling friction,
Proper work of bearings is often of crucial importance for the correct operation and lifetime of the machines and devices in which they are installed. Therefore, it is very important to choose the most appropriate type, the selected bearings to be properly calculated, and take into account the instructions for their installation in the design assembly of the machine or device. In doing so, a number of factors, such as shaft diameter, load mode, speed of rotation, required lifetime, operating conditions (temperature, dusty environment), etc., must be taken into account.
